CUSIP

Definition

The nine-character code that identifies a security in the U.S. clearing system. Two series from one issuer can share a ticker root but never a CUSIP.

Definitions describe how YieldDesk reads the term. Nothing on this page is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold.

The records these terms describe open with a free account.

No card is required. Every record page reads what a security pays, what to check and the payment history.
