Perpetual

Definition

An issue with no maturity date; it stays outstanding until the issuer calls it. Most preferred stocks are perpetual; every baby bond has a stated maturity.

Definitions describe how YieldDesk reads the term. Nothing on this page is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold.

No card is required. Every record page reads what a security pays, what to check and the payment history.
