Yield to conversion
The dividends to the conversion date plus the move from today's price to today's conversion value, a year. A mandatory's counterpart of yield to call.
Definition
For a mandatory convertible, the return if nothing changes: the dividends paid until the conversion date plus the move from today's price to today's conversion value, annualized. It stands where yield to call stands on a fixed-rate preferred, and like it assumes nothing about the stock's future. Shown on the record, the side pane and the quick view; the shares at other stock prices are worked in the Mandatory Conversion calculator.
